Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, It is the deep-seated opinion of my party to establish a constitution that will last for generations however, our current political system is not fit for purpose. therefore we propose that a number of things are changed as I will now detail: The establishment of a Second House in our political System filled with skilled Individuals from different sectors who are appointed Nobilities some of which may be hereditary and these come time land and a seat in this house to hold our most prestigious Chamber of Commons to account. We also propose the changing of our national Animal from a Dragon an aggressive stature of an oppressor to a Great Stag, protective, wise and proud exactly what we as a nation represent. we also propose, Mr Speaker, that Parties are allowed to set up private military foundations (Paramilitaries) to aid the current Rutanian military forces in highly tactical manoeuvres we also propose as part of these reforms that the regulation on Hunting is relaxed to allow this once prestigious pass time to be reborn with a regulatory body set up Signed The Right Honourable Jack Simms MP LL.D DPM RC First Secretary of State Leader of the Constitutional Solidarity Party Sponsored by: Viscount Amelia Scotter Brig.
