Upon the passing of this bill the following articles and their provisions will be taken into effect and enforced. Article 1 "IFI" -A funds will be established named the "Indralan Fund for Innovation" or IFI -The IFI will receive 2 billion LOD annually from the Ministry of Finance until this is cancelled (which can be done by the Ministry of Industry -Companies can apply for funds at the IFI if their company is innovative, doing its best to pay attention to the environment or has a plan to improve the life's of people in a specific community. -A maximum of 50 million can be given to a single company Article 2 "Infrastructural Awakening" -The government will make available 20 billion LOD to invest in repairing existing infrastructure and constructing new road networks where needed -The government will set up a state-owned agency named the "Road Maintenance and Control Agency" (RMCA) tasked with checking and repairing (when needed) the roadsystem in Indrala -The RMCA will receive 1 billion LOD annually to check and maintain the Indralan roadnetwork |

Message | Sir, Although we disagree with some aspects of this bill, notably Article 3, completely due to the fact that private companies could charge a very high fee that the government will be forced to cover for those under low incomes, we wholeheartedly support the rest of this bill. Let us continue Yingdala’s economic expansion! |
