| 1) The LARGEST Opposition Party (Leading Opposition) is given the sole right of the formation of a Shadow Cabinet 2) The Shadow Cabinet is tasked with proposing its alternative reforms, and with questioning the reform of the Government 3) The Shadow Cabinets may include other opposition parties, and/or Confidence and Supply, at the discretion of the Leading Opposition 4) The Shadow Cabinet is expected to issue its concerns over the government policies to the Imperator and Prime Minister |
