Article 1: To heavily prosecute someone for public and for that matter private blasphemy is not feasible in a democracy, that is the policies of a totalitarian state.

Article 2: Prayers shouldn't be forced upon teachers and students but it is still important that teachers can do it if they wish to, and honestly they most likely will if you think about how religious this country is. It is up to teachers and we will encourage them.
