| Mr Speaker, it is with great sadness that I send this announcement to the house today. At precisely 0534 this morning she passed away quietly in her sleep. After a period of mourning we will nominate a new representative. We know many members of the house were close to Viscount Scotter. As leader of the Dynamocratic Party I have considered it a pleasure to work with Viscount Scotter and we have been able to build up a strong relationship that ensures the continued stability of the Rutanian Government.
