Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 02:37:12, November 26, 2019 CET | From | Conservative Republican Party | To | Debating the People’s Economy Act |
Message | The Conservative Republican Party opposes this bill and we urge the Democratic Party to do the same as Article 1 retracts part of (what we see as a landmark deal) the Abortion Compromise. |
Date | 03:28:12, November 27, 2019 CET | From | Democratic-Social Party | To | Debating the People’s Economy Act |
Message | The criteria for rejecting this bill is not only abortion, which, of course, constitutes a great portion of our decision. However, the determining factor is the fact what we believe the government should be as less involved in the economy as possible, and this bill would completely give all control to the government. We believe that our current policies already protect people from corporate greed while letting the economy run its course. Otis White Finance Committee Chair |

Random quote: "Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." - Winston Churchill |
