MessageAlthough we understand you concern and also believe that political stability is very important, we do not understand how these proposals would add to political stability. All this would do is that the people would become unfree and would always have to be scared to be arested or searchd for no reason whatsoever. This is not what Dundorf should stabd for. We vote no.

MessageAnswering your question:
These procedures shall liquidate / crush an revolutionary government whose intentions include to coup the current government and treacherous acts.

The first act allows the police to arrest anybody who is directly or indirectly in the organisation in any way.
The second act allows the police to find evidence for the arrested human being who is indirectly related to the revolutionary groups.

This shall not result in restricted freedom of citizens as we are protecting their freedom from the violent revolutionary groups whose ideologies are similar to extremist movements (e.g Fascism) who restrict our nations human rights even more while committing atrocities in order to cement their dictatorial stance.
It is for the security of our nation..
Our beloved nations safety relies on these articles as we protect the nation from an violent uprising

MessageHerr Sprecher,

Why would we EVER want to violate the just restored rights of our citizenry? It is up to us to defend the democratic rights of our population. These rights have long been opressed and i find it appalling that the NKP wishes to bring opression back to Dundorf just a few years after we have managed to fight it off

MessageAs I am addressing the leading parties of the nation of Dundorf, I should express my intentions more clearly.

Firstly lets address the leading party by mentioning that these acts are for national security purposes as they are able to crack down on any crime.

--Example--
The mafia (organised crime) is knowingly involved in illicit activities which include murder / homicide, money laundering and more ...
For example the FBI in the United States of America knows where the Mafioso live and what they have committed but they cannot prove it.
Firstly Mafia has to be charged with a crime. That crime must be proven using methods that do not violate the Constitution. And the district attorneys have to be better at the law than the defence counsels hired by the so-called Mafia.

In a democratic nation of laws you cannot just go rounding people up whom you’re pretty sure are breaking the law, throwing them in prison and leaving them there. That’s what they do in North Korea and Russia, and even there it’s not always easy. The Mafia may not be nice people but they are very wealthy and as the saying goes, “money talks…” The Mafia is much better at policing itself than lawmakers are at curtailing it. Many high ranking Mafioso do not die quietly in bed.

--End of example--

In order to preserve peace in the nations streets and Political Hierarchy we as the Parties of Dundorf must enforce these legislations in order to arrest these enemies of states which include the known leaders of organised crime who are able to evade the judicial systems search for evidence.

This is why we need the unrestricted searches which the police shall conduct as this shall prevent crime and an revolutionary government whose intentions include to coup the current government and treacherous acts.

Furthermore this is not an act of oppression but of National Security as anybody who is known for committing crimes which are unable to be proven as there cover up methods are sophisticated and effective. Moreover, an revolution is so prevented and so those ideologies must find peaceful and democratic ways of getting into power instead of being involved in an coup.

This is for National Security.
National Security is for the greater good.
This is for the Greater good.
