Details

Submitted by[?]: Popular Bloc

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 4684

Description[?]:

The Constitution of the United Republic of Mordusia The constitution is very important and used to regulate the parliamentary (as well as other political-economic) decision-making processes and parliamentary legislature with laws and conventions. This bill is intended to guarantee the establishment of a constitution with the regulations (see below)

OCC:
-The constitution with its laws and conventions should exist in written form. A bill page in the game should serve as a constitution. The owner of the bill page (constitution) should always update the constitution. If the owner should be deactivated then another player (preferably with the confirmation of other players) should create a new bill page (with the same name) and adopt all the laws in the (new bill page) constitution.
-All laws that should be enshrined in the constitution must always be elected by parliament. Every constitutional law needs the support of the 2/3 of the parliament, otherwise the proposed law will not be accepted. Each law must contain the description RP (role play) in the name.
-A constitutional court should be created to control parliamentary and other political processes (behavior of parties, the validity of laws, etc.) and to make decisions. All parties must respect and accept the decision of the court. All parties have a representative in the court. The decision of the court requires the approval of the majority of the court. If the court declares something to be lawful, then a law has to be drafted or the action or law becomes invalid.
