Description[?]:

Section I.

It is of utter importance that in a free society likening one that the government of Alduria wishes to achieve, that a freedom of religion would be established, applying to all people of all religions. A major obstacle of that dream is the existence of the Blasphemy Clause in Alduria's law books. It is bizarre that in the 47th century, the expression of one's religious views can still get people fined and subject to illogical penalties. This bill shall completely remove that clause from the law code of Alduria. Therefore,

Section II

1. The "Blasphemy Clause" which states that those that engage in blasphemy shall be subject to up to 1000 Aldurian Dollars in penalties, or an amount deemed similar in terms of service to the community, at the discretion of the organization which pressed said charges, shall be abolished from Aldurian law
2. Judges, Law Enforcement, and all religious organizations, shall be notified of this change in law by the Ministry of Education and Culture, which is responsible for the execution of this change
3. Religious Organizations may no longer accuse or prosecute those who commit the act of so-called blasphemy in a court of law.
4. This law also applies to regional code, which means that within the span of 2 years of the law passage, all regions, counties, and townships must remove blasphemy penalties from their law codes, while enforcement of the laws shall cease immediately upon passage of the bill.
