| Mr Deputy Speaker, Following an in-depth, restructure of cabinet responsibilities, we have now proposed a new budget that enables the following: Head of Government - Increase of 1,000,000 - this is to enable more foreign travel for the Head of Government to make better ties with nations further away than on our border. this money will also be used to create stronger ties with nations on our doorstep through the medium of National Dances and Conferences and State Dinners Foreign Affairs - Increase of 1,000,000,000 - this will be used to strengthen our Foreign Political Intelligence Agency (Diplomatic Corps) Trade and Industry - 1,000,000,000 - this will be split to fund a Rutania Small Business Firestarter Project (RSBF), and to Put some more capital into the Board of Investment Signed Marquess Hector Carney MP PC MiF BScEcon The Lord High Treasurer Chancellor General of the Treasury of Rutania Secretary of State for Finance Marquess of Bellesea Non-Executive Partner of BSE Chartered Accountants Councillor to the Privy Council |

| Message | The SEP wonders why the HoG budget needs to be doubled. In saying that, if we can get a compromise by removing 2billion from the defence budget, and increasing the tourism budget to 1 billion, we will support this budget. |
