Message | So, the Government is going to charge beggars $200. How often? For what duration? What if jobs are not available for this people to have? What if they have no skills or have severe mental illness and need to be institutionalized but refuse to do so? There are a lot of holes and unknowns in this legislation. The SCP does not understand Article 3. |

Message | In general we are not against it but the SCP is right by claiming that this bill has lot of holes. Article III is confusing. |

Message | Article 3 confirms of a donation drive run by us three parties to help these beggars get the money. If they are mentally ill then they are already detained as said in the legislature. And if they are sick, I give 6 months for them to find the job. And factories act confirms jobs . |
