Message | Mr Speaker, As Foreign Minister I want defend this treaty underlining the fact that we feel the LB position as just ideological. In fact, we doesn’t recognize such oppressive law about workers while about women we thibk that LB took the military policies of Dolgava to deduce that it’s a nation which oppresses women just because doesn’t allow them to be on the front line. Only-men or predominantly male armed force have been a choice for many nations for many years and this policy cannot be a key matter on which decide with whom we can have telations. About the LGBT issue, such behavior could be justified by veritable persecutions, but we cannot assume a rigid “no relations” policy because different social sensibilities. It is clear that most of Dolgava today doesn’t accept and/or understand this and we can only hopes that in the future Dolgava society will be able to fully overcome prejudice and maybe religious influences, but we cannot put them into a black list for this and we cannot consider them as human rights criminal with which doesn’t maintain relations. ANI has always been the first to believe, underline and exalting the elevated peaks reached bythe Istalian society but we cannot use our social development as example on which judge the other countries, because we should be aware of the fact there are very few nations which can compete with us about Rights. We should be comprensible and moderate and work with new partners also to influence them on these matters while we should not close the door without give any possibility. Thank you - Rosario Marchi, Foreign Minister |

Message | Members of the Assembly, Here are just a few of the Dolgavan laws: -On the military stance on homosexuality: Homosexuality is not tolerated in the military. The military actively seeks to remove homosexuals from it. -On women on military: Women can only serve in non-battle positions. -On sex reassignment: Gender reassignment surgery is illegal. -On Employer's rights in regards to firing striking workers: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons. - On foreign workers: Foreign nationals may only be employed in circumstances where the government has determined there is a labour shortage. (But obviously, the law regarding foreign investors grant them total freedom because money is money, workers' rights is not so). -On secondary strike action and workers' right to strike: Secondary strike action is illegal and public employees cannot strike. -On death penalty: Applied for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind. -On adoption: Only heterosexual couples and singles may adopt children. -On civil marriages: The government only recognises civil marriages between a man and a woman. -On legality of sodomy!!: Heterosexual relationships only are legal for consenting adults. -On refugees: No refugees are allowed to enter the country. And we have not even brought all the laws that are directly against very basic humanity. That Mrs. Marchi still thinks that there is no "LGBT prosecution", that workers' rights are "protected" or something else is just an insult. The government had its chance to push the Dolgavan government into a social advancement, but once again, the conservative parties that forms this government decided that money is above people. No, no, and a thousand times no. The Left Bloc will vote against this treaty. Piermarco Carabetta General Secretary of the Left Bloc |

Message | Colleagues, since when Istalia became the judge, jury and executioner of the world? There is a great difference between persecution and un-recognition. However, ANI knows very well that these are just attept of the opposition to slowdown the government work and indeed, it is appealed the lack of sensibility of the Left Bloc which so easily declares as "barbarians" every People and culture doesn't match to their high standards. For the Left Bloc actually Istalia should erect walls against most of the countries of Terra, condemning most of them as human crime perpetretors. But... I'm also thinking about what the Left Bloc could say if someone like a third country should attempt to influence the internal legislation of our country or start to criticize every legislative points which doesn't match with their ideological positions. Should we accept such intromission? I don't think. What the Left Bloc want? That Istalia starts a crusade against any country of the world so that they conform with our cultural and legal principles and values? The colleagues of the Left Bloc would be ready to march within the parliament of Dolgava, elected by the Dolgavan citizens, sayind that their laws are like shit and condemning all the people of Dolgava labelling them as uncivilized barbarians? How the colleagues of the Left Bloc would enlighten the world? Condemning and dispising most of the peoples of Terra and cutting any relations with them? This is madness! This is indeed just an attempt to hinder the government work! The Left Bloc is painting Dolgava like a totalitarian state! The Left Bloc probably never saw what a totalitarian, oppressive and violent regime is! All this debate now became ridicolous! - Alba Roncato, ANI's Leader |
