| As of now, the Armed Forces of Kanjor (Forces Armées de Kanjor) is officially dissolved. 1. They are to be replaced by the People's National Military Force (L'Force Nationale de Militaire Populaire), consisting of The People's Army (L'Armée Populaire), The People's Navy (L'Marine Populaire), The People's Air Forces (L'Armée de l'Air Populaire), The People's National Guard (L'Garde Nationale Populaire) and The People's National Militia (L'Milice Nationale Populaire). 2. All ground troops personnel and equipment are to be transferred to The People's Army, all naval personnel and equipment are to be transferred to The People's Navy, all air personnel and equipment are to be transferred to The People's Air Forces, all internal troops personnel and equipment are to be transferred to The People's National Guard and all reserve personnel and equipment are to be transferred to The People's National Militia. 3. The People's Army, Navy and Air Forces are to be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense. They are to be collectively known as The People's National Military Force (L'Force Nationale de Militaire Populaire). 4. The People's National Guard and Militia are to be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They are to be collectively known as The People's Interior Forces (Les Forces Intérieures du Peuple) 5. All other officer positions, from the Chiefs of Staff of each individual branch of The People's National Military Force to each non-commissioned officer, are elected by the servicemen of each respective unit. Endorsements of candidates by any organisation in military elections are banned. 6. During peacetime, members of The People's National Military Force are tasked with the defence of the state and its people. During peacetime, The People's National Guard is tasked with guarding important state and public buildings, provide an internal military security force, and uphold the peace. The National People's Militia is tasked with providing auxiliary support to the People's National Guard in case of dangerous criminals or similar, lead disaster relief and search and rescue operations, to perform border control work when needed, and be ready and on call in case of war. 7. During wartime, the People's National Military Force are tasked with fighting on the frontlines. During wartime, the People's Interior Forces are tasked with upholding order and public safety, organising shelters and distribution of rations (if applicable), garrison work and working with and assisting the People's National Military Force if invaders reach the territory they are tasked with garrisoning. Reservists of the People's National Military Force can be called up in wartime and tasked with serving on the frontlines alongside active service troops. Reservists of the People's National Militia can be called up in wartime and tasked with assisting the People's Interior Forces with garrison/public order work and combat where applicable. |
