Description[?]:
Here is a third cabinet proposal in which NPMP takes the reigns of Finance. Here is what an NPMP budget would look like: Head of Government: Current- 2,700,000,000; Proposed- 2,000,000,000 Foreign Affairs: Current- 5,097,225,000; Proposed- 5,097,225,000 Internal Affairs: Current- 7,493,968,125; Proposed- 7,000,968,125 Finance: Current- 4,288,680,000; Proposed- 4,287,680,000 Defense: Current- 8,099,437,500; Proposed- 8,100,437,500 Justice: Current- 5,759,400,000; Proposed- 5,759,400,000 Infrastructure and Transport: Current- 5,259,470,370; Proposed- 5,359,470,370 Health and Social Services: Current- 5,916,240,000; Proposed- 5,916,240,000 Education and Culture: Current- 7,304,000,000; Proposed- 7,304,000,000 Science and Technology: Current- 5,469,875,000; Proposed- 5,469,875,000 Food and Agriculture: Current- 4,556,722,500; Proposed- 4,456,722,500 Environment and Tourism: Current- 5,069,875,000; Proposed- 5,069,775,000 Trade and Industry: Current- 5,196,381,250; Proposed- 5,100,381,250 Total Expenditures: Current- 72,211,274,745; Proposed- 70,922,174,745 Surplus : Current- 3,942,264,559; Proposed- 5,231,364,559 (Note: This surplus is based on current tax revenue) Then, there would be an across-the-board tax-cut that would reduce the surplus to approximately 1,000,000,000 SEN Ideally, such a tax cut would be made by reducing all income taxes (including corporate) with the >2,000 SEN bracket paying nothing, though such a drastic cut in the surplus by approx. 4 billion Nikan would enable significant cuts to the taxes on the top brackets as well. So, with all my cards face-up and on the table, what does everybody think? |

Message | I like most of your finance view, but I don't like the cut for IA. In this game, the police force is paid by that, and we need more safety, not less. I will be offline for a couple of days, but I will be online tomorrow. If you put this to a vote as soon as possible I will probably be able to support this. |
