MessageProposal:

The creation of a standing Committee, consisted of members of Parliament from all political parties that hold seats in it, with powers to review, comment and permit ot forbid police action that fall in the spectrum of the measures included in the bill presented by ETHES regarding law and order.

This Committee will consist of 2 members from each party in Parliament, who will be chosen by the parliamentary team of each party. The Committee's members will serve a single one year term (unless it is necessary for this to change).

In the case of issues of paramount importance, the Committee will present the case to the Parliament and its members will present their opinions on the issue. Following that, a vote will take place and 3/5 majority of the total of the Parliament's members will be required for this measure to pass (in this case, 180 votes).

The Committee will exist as long as the bill remains in effect. After the bill has not been voted for continuation, the Committee will serve for another twelve-month period in order to fully review the actions taken by representatives of the state that fell in the spectrum of these laws and present its findings in the Parliament.

Random quote: "The European Union and environmental advocacy groups use global warming hysteria to advance their own special agendas. The European Union recognizes any significant reduction in CO2 emissions by the United States will significantly reduce its economic output, thereby bringing it closer to the inferior output of European nations. Environmental advocacy groups work to stifle economic and industrial progress wherever they find it to inhibit the successful advancement of peoples in developing nations, inevitably making mankind a second class citizen of planet Earth." - Dr. Jay Lehr
