Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: March 4706

Description[?]:

The current housing situation is quite good, but it is still not sufficiently advanced and is still very unfair and unfair in parts. Housing policy is still part of the market and despite the regulations there are exaggerated prices and there are not enough houses and cannot end the housing shortage. Therefore the entire housing policy should be brought out of the market to improve the housing situation. The whole housing policy should come into the hands of the New Town Development Institution (the representatives are elected democratically in their constituencies). It should democratically manage housing policy and organize housing construction and brought back to the public ownership socialized).
Construction companies are commissioned by the NTDI to build houses. This is the only way to guarantee the necessary houses and the housing policy is democratically managed by people for people and common public ownership.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
