MessageDoes this mean that they can only be purchased by adults, but can be consumed by both adults and children, or that they can be purchased by children, provided that the sales vendor is licensed?

MessageWe don't quite agree with the Republicans' reasoning here. By their reasoning, are they also suggesting that if we give guns to everyone, then they will be "more responsible" with guns?

MessageWell you see, doing the same with guns would most likely do the same. If you are in a hunting family, and you learn to use a gun early on, you will most likely not become a lunatic who holds up banks. Moreover, you would become a very good hunter, or gun collector, or marksmen.

So yes, by early exposure we would allow more responsibility. However, alcohol is not as deadly as a firearm, so more study on exsposure to firearms in early stages of life would be needed.

ToDebating the Alcohol
MessageHis Grace would like to draw the attention of the Grand Council to a country in another world (which people debate whether it exists or not) called France, where children are given sips of alcohol while they are growing up, which means when they reach the age where they can legally buy alcohol, they don't rush to the nearest pubs and clubs and binge drink. This is a much more civilised system: sit in a cafe with the family, sip a glass of red wine, have gentle philosophical discussions, watch the rioting etc. etc.

Pretty dangerous assumptions there, especially about guns.
