Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 21:37:22, February 04, 2020 CET | From | Social Democratic Party | To | Debating the Civil reform |
Message | We are opposed to article 2, as it undermines the independence of the judiciary and throws the justice system in disarray. Furthermore, we are opposed to article 5, because, apart from humanitarian concerns, it will lead to an influx of people who, without receiving any support while being possibly destitute, will potentially turn to criminal activity in order to survive, something that will undoubtedly exacerbate the problems that the country currently faces. As a result, we are forced to vote against this bill. |
Date | 11:20:45, February 05, 2020 CET | From | Kalopian Green Party (PKN) | To | Debating the Civil reform |
Message | We think Article 3 is one of the most important changes we need. Our current regulation allows the state to elect the judges. With this system independence is lost. |

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules. |
Random quote: "John Burroughs has stated that experimental study of animals in captivity is absolutely useless. Their character, their habits, their appetites undergo a complete transformation when torn from their soil in field and forest. With human nature caged in a narrow space, whipped daily into submission, how can we speak of its potentialities?" - Emma Goldman |
