MessageMr. Speaker

This will be the budget introduced for the 4714 Fiscal Year.

This Budget sees an increase of 6.5 Billion on new spending.

The Five Billion into Defence is being diverted into RND to aid in jumpstarting Phase II of the Hutorian Armed Forces Modernization Plan.

The 1.5 Billion into International Trade & Industry is being sent to the Hutorian International Development Corporation, that will, under a new Action Plan, coordinate efforts with the Hutorian Sovereign Wealth Fund to find emerging economies through eastern and southern Dovani to both aid in their own economic growth but in turn aiding in making long term Hutorian investments that will see dividends paid back to the Hutorian economy in the long term.

We will allow no more then three months of debate prior to pushing this for a vote.

MessageMr Speaker,

The Minister said that the five billion Lira in new spending on defense is being used to jumpstart Phase II of the Hutorian Armed Forces Modernization Plan. Can the Minister tell us when exactly we can expect Phase II to begin with this new investment?
