Message | We believe our current tax system should be reformed. We propose that the income tax should be reformed to near elimination, with a flat rate of just 3%. This will lift a huge tax burden off of the working people of Baltusia, and will stimulate the economy as working Baltusians will have more money to spend. In order to make up for the loss of revenue that these tax cuts will cause, we propose that the bulk of the tax revenue come from the wealthy and transnational corporations. As such, we propose increases to the luxury goods tax and the corporate tax. This will make up for the loss of revenue caused by the income tax cuts. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically |
