Message | Of course this party is in favour of this proposal - we ourselves had proposed the identical change and for some unknown reason found it necessary to vote against the Bill when it was our proposal! |
Date | 00:20:21, February 24, 2020 CET | From | Beluzia Renewal Party (BRP) | To | Debating the State Religion Act |
Message | This party humbly offers an apology to the party opposite. Of course, this party's Religion Bill included a further proposal relating to religious schools, so we can in retrospect understand why the government felt unable to vote in favour of it. We are at least pleased that the government has proposed a change in policy concerning a state religion on its own behalf, and as we have said, we will support this Bill. |

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too. |
