Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, Members of the National Assembly, With this bill the Government wants to begin the project of cultivating the lands in the Basin of Pheykran with a new agricultural program to provide lands towards the poor in Mezzodiurno while also expanding the region's agriculture and farming capabilities. The map of the project: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/particracy/images/f/f8/Land_Reform_of_Amadeo.png/revision/latest?cb=20200204213716 The project will go through these stages: - From sector 1 to sector 8, the lands of these sectors will be claimed by the government immediately after the passing of this bill, 2 months after the claiming of sector 1 has been achieved sector 2 will be claimed so on and so forth. - Depending on the size of a sector, there will be between 500 to 1000 lands (properties) with possible agricultural abilities to be drawn and divided in a sector and given to poor or homeless families. - After the claiming of a sector has occurred, the agricultural lands of that sector will immediately be cultivated and expanded to be provided for the first poor or homeless family to register for obtaining lands in the sector. The project will provide these: - The agricultural capabilities will be massively increased in the region of Mezzodiurno and thus providing more food to the region and possibly other regions as well. - The poverty in the region of Mezzodiurno will be drastically decreased and make the poor which has been given a land to farm and provide agriculture a stable pillar and provider for society with food supply, a more green environment, etc. - The storage of food for generations to come if a war, natural disaster or disease plagues the lands of Istalia, thus ensuring a stable and saturable future for the people of Istalia and those refugees Istalia takes in and provide for (if Istalia takes in refugees). - If there are still lands in the sector which can be given they will be given to those families of Solentian refugees which flooded the country many years ago. If by any chance there still exists lands in the sector to be used they will be either sold to the private sector or be maintained as state owned agricultural industries. - An economic boost in the area of agriculture and farming with the poor families contribution of working for society, which will benefit the country as a whole. The families recieve a home and jobs while providing food supplies and economic capabilities for the state and society, a so called win-win. Signed, Aurelia Siena Minister of Food and Agriculture ------------------------------------------------------------- Issued by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture |

Message | Mr Speaker, It is truly interesting to see the Left Bloc vote against an opportunity to give the poor in Mezzodiurno stable homes with stable jobs which will provide for society as a whole. Well it is mostly talk and no action when it comes to the left. They speak of taking care of the poor, I guess mostly to gather votes... but when the opportunity to give what the poor needs they are looking the other way or just arrogantly and openly opposes it. Truly sad. Thank you. Aurelia Siena Minister of Food and Agriculture Member of the National Assembly |

Message | Mrs. Siena Our negative vote is directly directed against this proposal because for us, the intention of this proposal is to have the poor controlled, strategically located at a specific point in our geography, in a place where they are dedicated exclusively to work to obtain the products that will then be used to meet the demands of the upper classes, doing so also that these people cannot progress adequately in their quality and standard of living. If, together with this supposed "help," the government proposes to offer them financial aid in the form of being able to access higher education if they wish, or with the creation of public schools in these locations, for example, the Left Bloc will change the direction of your vote. Message | Mrs. Strada, Perhaps in the future we can focus on a program for education and public schools. But this program is focused directly on creating and boosting more agricultural activity in the region of Mezzodiurno while also at the same time decreasing the poverty and unemployment there. We can all debate and make up conspiracy theories but when it comes to the lives of real people who have a hard time in the country it is not the right time to accuse one group of trying to control the other. We the Populists have always tried to maintain a favorable position for all social groups in the nation, and we have campaigned on this program since our current leader became our leader and we will see it through wether you want the poor to be poor or not. Message | Mrs. Siena We do not doubt about your intentions. However, we do know well your coalition partners. And as long as this government is in charge, no support will be given to the lower classes to advance in our society. And therefore, approving this law without giving another kind of support to this vulnerable group is just wet paper. Nadia Strada General Secretary of the Left Bloc |

Message | Mrs. Strada, Well that's your final answer I guess. However in all points of this bill nowhere does it says that the wealthy and the upper classes can take advantage of the poor directly or indirectly in any way. The government will be in charge of this operation and when I say the government I say the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and that means the Populists. The poor will either continue to suffer or they will prosper, it is up to you. Aurelia Siena Minister of Food and Agriculture |

Message | Mr Speaker, The opposition clearly has no more any valid things to express if not fantasious theories about masses control. This government wants only one thing: create new opportunities first of all aimed to those currently more in need. And we think also that in this moment, facing important new global issues and challenges, this government will promote a sector see as “traditional” but which can experiencing new roads and fortunes due to new technologies and new environmental sensibilities. - Erica Zanardi, ANI |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
