I have taken the freedom to release this to the international press: <<The Council of Peoples' Deputies informs Terra that its Head of State, His Serene Augustness Dismas I Dauxus, the sixth Prince-President of the Lodamese, Father of the Fatherland and Elder of the State, Lord Protector of the crown lands of Kregon, Rapula, Golavia, Norstavan and Andalay, has died last night and has left the nation orphaned. The Council of Peoples' Deputies hereby informs that the Prime Minister will act as Head of State, with the support of the Council, untill a new Head of State has been chosen. The Prime Minister of Lodamun has ordered the Council to form a new or reformed Cabinet. | Message | OOC: I will be proposing to change the structure of legislative elections, only to change the title for election history. I propose that we choose a party to support its candidate, but that party should put as their candidate 'President' or 'President of Lodamun'. Afterwards my proposal would be to alter the function of HoS again, so that the Council can choose its President with a simple Cabinet proposal. M13 |
