Upon the passing of this bill the following articles will take effect: Article 1 -The Ministry of Defense will put forth a contract for the construction of a new Fortezza class aircraft carrier -The Ministry of Defense will put forth a contract for the construction of 5 new Imperator class guided missile destroyers Article 2 -The Ministry of Defense will acquire new primary weapons for the infantry of the ground forces and additional support equipment -The Ministry of Defense will work with high command in organizing a annual combined warfare exercise, involving the airforce, navy and ground force -The Ministry of Defense will look into the possibility of modernizing the airforce, a commission named the "Commission for Aerial Modernization" or CAM will be established to lead this research. Article 3 -The Ministry of Finance will reserve the necessary funds for this program once contracts have been handed out. |
