| Members of the Assembly, As the first measure of this government, we want to restore the pension system that the previous government decided to break. As we said, it is very important that the State can guarantee a salary for all our citizens, as a way to build a fairer and more egalitarian society. This is not a matter of being able to decide, it is a matter of the citizens of the State functioning as a single individual and understanding that a nation is not a territory, but rather its people, who collaborate with each other to build a future. That future also happens because we all take care of each other, which is also represented by a public pension system that guarantees that none of our citizens will be left without receiving a salary that allows them to lead a decent life until the end of their days.
