| In order to continue promotion of our nation's public transportation system, we propose an extra incentive for those taking public transportation and limiting citizens to a single car per household in order to improve traffic, freight movement speed, pedestrian safety, cyclist safety, livability of our cities, and other public policies that improve when cars are limited. |
