| We need to protect our nation. Therefore we need a military capable of doing so. This calls for conscription so that we are ready for future conflicts. There should be set some time limits of military service, which shall depend on where and what military purpose or civilian national service one attend. Civilian national service should be between 1 and 2 years depending on where you work. Military service should be between 1 and 2 years depending on where you are stationed. Everyone will be a part of the national reserves for 7 years after ending their military service or civilian national service. For civilian national service personel no one shall be forced to participate in combat, but will be assigned to other military work during war. |

| Message | Couple of things in the description i did not agree with. Civilian service should be longer than military service as it is unfair that someone risking their life for Hobrazia should serve the same period as someone who is away from all the action. The length of time in the reserves should be much longer as 5 years is not such a long period. |
