Proposal[?] to change Guarantee of minimum income.
Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certain period of time.
Proposed: All adults shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.

| Message | Members of the Assembly, Mr Bisso, For a change we agree with the Left Bloc and will support this article, though we believe that every citizen should be given the means to lead decent lives instead of being spoiled by the state, but we think that we could expand on this law (OOC: Through RP laws) later on to make sure of the best for the citizens. I personally would also like to apologies for the many recent hostilities from our party towards the Left Bloc and I would like to further work together with the opposition instead of waging war against them, my goal is to lead a efficient government that focuses on the citizens instead of squabbling with its opposition on unnecessary matters. I will however not halt my intentions of forming the proposed bloc I spoke of earlier. That is all, thank you.
