At February, 4739, the Civic Foundation Direction founded by endralonese political scientist and lawyers.
The goal of the Foundation is the help of ethnic minorities from racism and fascism, the help of the lower class and middle class to welfare, and the defend of the civil rights and morally progress.

WHY THE DIRECT DEMOCRATS POST THIS IN A BILL?
Because the Direct Democrat Party became the patron of the Foundation. They support this with money and energy, each things necessary to fight against racism and exploitation, and the defend the progress and rights.

WHAT WILL DO THE FOUNDATION?
The Foundation will give donation for the poor people and ethnic minority in all countries (of course just there where the Foundation get authority for this), will organize demonstration against fascism and racism, will protect the life of the refugees in the lands and in the seas.
