Bill: Justice & Security Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Beluzian Triumph League

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4741

Description[?]:

We at the BTL seek multiple solutions to a few of the many problems plaguing Beluzia's justice system

Articles 1 and 2: The death penalty will be allowed not only as a deterrent, but also as justice for the victims of serial killers, drug traffickers, and all of their ilk; Second, Bail will no longer be permissible so as to avoid high profile criminals and those who even having broken the law may seek freedom if they possess the capital. We find this to be a perversion of Beluzian values.

Article 3: We week to allow our security forces to torture suspects in case of dire emergencies, and we believe the necessity of the bill speaks for itself.

Please let us know what the other parties would support, and we may consider editing the proposal.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
