MessageWell my lad, IT WOULD. That is the POINT to EARLY exposure. Parents will (and social services will make sure that) not give too much alcohol to their kids. But the point is kids will be more mature and will not think, "oh! I can drink now!!! time to do (x # of shots)!!!). This way they won't do that and alcoholism will decline. Try and fight that logic. All the bills we propose are always voted against by certain parties; no matter how much sense they make. I don't expect the certain parties to actually use their brains this time, but they should!
