Message | We intend to push forward with an early election, it will hopefully allow a government to be formed in the early months of the new year. An election would be already occurring in September of this year so our proposal brings it forward by 8 months. My ministers will now resign after serving in government for 4 years, we hope to continue this work after the election whether it be in government or as opposition party. We wish all parties the best of luck and thank them for participating in the election debates. Regards, Leo Kearns MP, An Taoiseach. |
