| Message | Foreign Minister Pierre Dien, on behalf of the Government, submits the following proposals to the Parliament for consideration. "It is high time that our United Republic of Mordusia to align ourselves as moral, compassionate global citizens. Only through developing economic and diplomatic relations throughout the world can we continue to secure a lasting peace. We submit that our nation's people do not accept the usage of biological or chemical weapons - it is anathema to our values. We understand the logical of nuclear deterrence, though we shall continue to engage in discussions of nuclear proliferation and ask this Parliament to stand down our stated policy of nuclear aggression, rather than simply response." |
