| Message | OOC: For reference, it is best to put your bill titles in English, not a native language. That's just a suggestion. Mr. Speaker, Members of the Imperial Protective Service are equipped with standard issue firearms that they practice and receiving training on; many thematic and local governments mandate such requirements. We do not see the need for police officers, apart from those that receive specialized training to carry military grade weapons and equipment. That alone we'd vote no on. The permission of torture for everyday police and security officials is illegal in the scope and scale of human rights.
