| Message | The Peacekeepers Faction values highly secular policies, and we see this as both a step forward, but two steps back. We ought not regulate private institituions of faith at all, as this is a highly personal subject, and those who want to spend their time and finances on donating to said institutions is of no concern of the taxpayer, and therefore neither the Government either. We will support this bill, but would prefer that we do not intervene in any aspect of any religious institution, insofar as it not threatening national security, or the rights of any particular individual. |

| Message | This regulation is intended to imply basically at least minimum wage. We also don't want the government interfering with religion, but we want to make sure that ministers have the same income as anyone else, but no further. It's a very small regulation. |
