This mr speaker, is the reshuffling of the current coalition government, in which if the MLP allows, the LDP will lead with myself in the position of prime minister, and the LDP holding the majority of cabinet posts.

This government will lead, putting the national interests first. We will strive to achieve economic growth, national security and the reforming of civil liberties to a more acceptable, free level.
