| Message | The Free Radical Party is examining and considering this bill. Were it still in the debate stage, pretty sure agreement could be reached. With respect to Article 2, virtually all Free Radicals oppose gambling for any individual but are very hesitant to prohibit it as a matter of law. We wish we could add that no Badarans could use the casinos and their exploitation would only be visited upon foreign tourists. But that is not possible and so we will reluctantly support this provision. With respect to Article 1, we would have preferred a 4% sales tax as we proposed but the Social democracy Party prevented. |
