| Mr Speaker, after consultation, we would like to propose to name the new bicameral national legislature: "Congress of the Istalian Empire" The Congress will be the parliament of Istalia formed by the National Assembly and by the Senate of the Empire. Thank you - Mattia Negri, Prime Minister Imperial Secretary of State (OOC: I don't know if this need a 2/3 vote to be approved, but with the dubt I think it is better to consider it a Constitutional Law needing a 2/3 vote) |
