MessageSir,

Although private companies carry out these processes, they are regulated by the government. This is done to ensure that the people profit, no the government, for too often does government hoard the people's wealth for its own ends. This is why we cannot support this.

Maybe yes you can say this. But the fact is that since the survival of the private sector is dependent on the generation of profits, often the attention for getting forests turns the mind from maintaining it. Forests are the resources of the nation. The state should own its resources. With this it can efficiently utilize them in the interests of the nation.

Waste disposal is better if it is left to the government as if profits drive these sector often failures can happen as a result of competition. So for effectiveness it is better if we nationalize it.

MessageSir,

The government requires tree re-planting at a higher rate than those cut down to ensure that Yingdala's forests are preserved.

Failures can also happen due to government interference. Furthermore, government would not be incentivized to resolve failures as there is no accountability. Failure can also include a lack of efficiency. Competition between private organizations eliminates failures and creates efficiency.

MessageSir,

Yes failures can happen in every sector. Well if you talk about accountability, democratization of the public sector is the solution we seek. And further more in a later state we want to replace capitalist competition with socialist emulation.

If you talk about incentives, socialist emulation is a solution. Another way is to socialize the public sector to make the mode of distribution of reward socialist. The socialist mode of distribution is 'to each according to their contribution' and a supplement to it is 'one who doesn't work, shall not eat'. To sum up, today we have a commodity economy where money exists. The employee will get more money if he/she contributes to the job more or prove some talents of his/her. Like if he/she contributes more will get more money and if he/she prove some talents, will be awarded. We think in this way work will be more creative oriented and incentivised.
