These protocols are intended to standardise debate and make a more in-depth role play

There is a Speaker of the House of Fellows who are elected by the house (Currently the CSP http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=615124)
RP PROTOCOLS:
1. When adding a debate comment, address the "Speaker"
2. The Speaker is to be addressed as Mister (Mr.) or Madam Speaker
3. when referring to another member refer to them as My Honourable Friend if not in cabinet or My Right Honourable friend if they are in the cabinet
4. all debated points should be signed for Example if there was a debate on Internal affairs the CSP would sign their debate point as follows
