Lab can't have both PM and FA. They can do much of FA by holding position of PM

MessageThis is basically the worst proposal possible on our end. LD has the following priorities:

1) IRP does not have finance and trade positions. We find it appalling that a party with a complete lack of economic nous has been in charge of these ministries for so long. Regurgitating Keynesian platitudes about aggregate demand and stickiness of prices on the forum does not count as leadership. (OOC: I presume Krugman and his prattling on outside his domain of expertise is to blame)

2) Lab controls the Foreign Affairs ministry given their impeccable leadership last time. We need a party that shows leadership on foreign affairs.

3) More centrist and right-leaning (Moderates, LD, CRP) parties have representation given our relative popularity with the public. We are the only parties that have taken a stand against the woeful Marxist belief that nationalisation is the panacea to economic inefficiency.

MessageTo be clear: LD will oppose ratification of the aviation treaty and all SC votes unless both CRP and us are represented in cabinet.

MessageAlso, PM cannot propose international treaties. So this is a bad bill for everyone but SD and IRP.

MessageThe Labour party does not want to propose any more treaties and we can improve relations with the PM post. We support this government.
