It is vitally important that the kids we send out into society are well mannered and behaved. Also these kids may set bad examples for others. To achieve this we must have some level of disciplinary action. |

Proposal[?] to change The teacher's right to discipline children.
Old value:: No forms of direct discipline are allowed.
Current: Teachers may use corporal punishment at their discretion.
Proposed: Teachers are forbidden from striking children and may only use non-contact discipline (detention, expulsion etc).
