This bill is being proposed as any student that has to do an end of year exam that has certain disabilities can pass the test with lower grades. This is to give them a better chance in life.

Lowering their pass grade does not solve anything. What it does is to make the disabled more discriminated by employers and actually worse at what they studied for because the requirements for them is so low! Instead of this 'affirmative action' nonsense, perhaps provide more funding for schools and teachers that teach these disabled kids so that they can learn at the same pace as all the other kids. What they need is support and actually learning something, not an even easier test as it is now.
