| Our neighbor, Aloria, has undergone a dramatic change and is now in the first stages of socialist revolution. As neighbors and comrades in the Left, it is the DDR's duty to aid their social structure in any way possible. As such, we declare our intent to send economic assistance to the Confederated Regions of Aloria in the form of educators, medical professionals, construction workers, military advisors, and industrial/agricultural engineers. It is both a matter of self-preservation and a part of socialist solidarity to help our western brethren. This bill is not meant to be a specific plan but a general resolution, pending approval from the Alorian govermnent and its appropriate national bodies. |

We call upon the Dundorf Democratic Republic to assist us in this time of need; although our government has not sanctioned it, Aloria needs you now more than ever. The Communist Party of Aloria, in conjunction with the Alorian People's Revolutionary Army, is willing to provide any and all assistance necessary to the revolutionary cause in our nation, and will assist any international efforts that help us achieve this goal. |
