MessageMr Speaker,

Our country is not one of the most ecologically friendly. I will not pretend it is. That is why we must try and improve our track record on the environment. Also, the regulation of water was awful before. Many people died or became ill because the prior Governments had not set a single, high standard for water, and the pipe system was badly run, meaning water often got mixed up and for instance water meant for washing was sent to people's taps.

We must improve this. I will urge all members to vote for this bill.

- The Right Honourable Frank Ostmann MP, Minister for the Environment and Tourism

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.
