Message | DIsargee. Some advertising will be inappropiate, and some even may be disturbing. if we allow anything to be published, then the negatives and wrongs can come out. |

Message | If the advertisements really are innaproprate, people will not listen to them. You see, WE will allow anything to get published, but people will not. |

Message | If the advertisements really are innaproprate, people will not listen to them. then the people will do what? COMPLAIN about the advertising constantly present(o and lets not forget our young children, and the immature people) Who will they complain to THE GOVERNMENT(thats us) Think about the future. |

Message | Then what is the point of passing a bill that will allow any type of advertising, when you say "WE will allow anything to get published, but people will not." Freedom of choice is a big deal however but if we leave interpretation of freedom of choice wide open like this, it is bound to lead to some disturbance for some people from advertisements. |

Message | I am thinking about the future. It will take time, but eventually, standards will set in. SF, this is freedom. People decide things, not government. True, the government is a representation of the people, but like a poll, it is not always accurate. That is a Republic. A Democracy is where all the people chose together. This is Democracy. Besides that, the fewer things the government does, the better. The government is fairly inefficient at everything it does; that is its nature. |

Message | "Besides that, the fewer things the government does, the better. The government is fairly inefficient at everything it does; that is its nature." A perfect example is the Soviets. Remember that they no longer exist. |

Message | At first we wanted to support this... But the Citizens Party is concerned mainly about children in this matter. We do not believe in advertising to children because it (inappropriately) transforms them into consumers of mass culture at too young an age. Some standards should be expected right? |

Message | C's P, I do agree with you. But are the children ours, or the parents'? This will actually give parents, if confronted with advertising too innapropriate, to teach their kids right and wrong. That is the purpose of a parent, no? |
Date | 00:56:12, April 22, 2006 CET | From | BigBoss Party | To | Debating the Freedom II |
Message | in a way they are our children and their parents they are our (country) future, some the future leaders, so we must also help to teach them wrong and right. old saying: we(humans) never stop learning. |
Date | 01:39:08, April 22, 2006 CET | From | Free Conservative Party | To | Debating the Freedom II |
Message | Sooooo.... Force our opinions on them??? No. The parents decide how to teach their own kids. That is why I put up the bill privatizing schools. |

Message | For some reason, we want to support this, but we concerned about children. Conservatives: you have a chance to try to convince us... |

Message | you know citizens party, i was the same way(support and all) when i continued to think about it. but there is no convincing argument. we are hear to protect our children and like i said in a previous bill, if Conservative Party cant accept their duties as Head of State and a member of the legis. branch, then maybe its time for them to resign. |

Random quote: "Anarchy is the true nature of all things. Monarchy, democracy, communism, all useless forms to control the human mind. But a mind cannot be controlled. It cannot be restrained. It has no boundaries. It has its will. Anarchy is the true nature of all things." - Alex Battig |
