MessageI do not think this bill is necessary because if this bill does go into effect, it is like we are helping our enemies. If we are in the middle of a war, we wouldn't want to help the people we are fighting. That is why we are in war. I would agree if the government was to give help to our allies, but in this case, I oppose.

MessageThis bill would allow the government to give aid to nations that have experienced a disaster of some kind (Like the Tsunami for example). It does not constitute aiding our enemies.
