Message | I do not think this bill is necessary because if this bill does go into effect, it is like we are helping our enemies. If we are in the middle of a war, we wouldn't want to help the people we are fighting. That is why we are in war. I would agree if the government was to give help to our allies, but in this case, I oppose. |
