Description[?]:
Upon the passing of this bill, the installation of the Plenary Septembrist Union shall occur. The name of the nation shall be the "Plenary Septembrist Union of Enzerukarutā" in Luthorian, but the official name in Hulstro-Mikun shall be the "Purīnārūnyon Seputenbārisutisuku dā Enzerukarutā". The way the nation will be referred to shall be as "Enzerukarutā", or "single-culture" in Hulstro-Mikun, the language that shall become the official one of the nation, with Hulstrian Dundorfish and Kunikata being recognized as well. This Union shall follow the democratic principles of the September Revolution and be guided by the Executive and President of the Plenary Septembrist Union who shall preside on the behalf of the monarchs and see to it that the state and its democracy is protected and safeguarded. The Executive and President shall be represented by the Premier Citizen of the Plenary Septembrist Union as the Head of Government and work closely to make sure the Union stands strong and its democracy defended. Those officials shall work with the Citizens Congress of Enzerukarutā, which has two chambers: the Assembly of Honorable Citizens, the lower house of 500 members; and the Senatorial Assembly, the upper house of 25 members.
