| His Most Excellent Imperial Majesty Alessandro III Ghazi hereby enacts this Imperial Decree to organize and formalize the current status of the members of the Imperial House and of the Imperial Family. The Princes of the Imperial House enter in the Imperial Paria of Istalia with the treatment of "Serene Highness" (HSH) as being children of Imperial Princes outside the Imperial Family. Confirming the previous Imperial Decrees on the Imperial Family, unless stated by the Empress or previous Emperors, the children of the current Imperial Princes of the Imperial House will inherit the title of Prince entering by right into the Imperial Paria of Istalia. They will receive the treatment of "Serene Highness" (HSH). Their children inherit the title but will exit the Imperial House once maried. The Monarch reserves the right to keep or expel the members of the Imperial House. |
