Article 2: Bills
2.1 PRESENTATION. All bills should be proposed in a setup that you would expect to hear in the House of Commons in the United Kingdom. Starting by addressing the Speaker of the House (Mr Speaker) and ending with a formal good bye (Kind Regards) and then signing off the Bill with the name of the Individual for which the bill has been proposed by followed by any of their titles as below:

Duke Jack Simms MP PC LL.D DPm
The Lord High Chancellor
Secretary of State for the Constitution
Viceroy of the Most Noble Order of Stag
Deputy Chairman to the Privy Council
Duke of Merton

2.2 BILL COURTESY: in the house, we have to treat each other with respect and decorum, you should refer to members of parties in opposition as the Honourable Gentleman or Lady and those in your party or Coalition as My Honourable Friend. debates should always be observed except in the case of Early Elections to fill seats that have been vacated or in the case of Urgent Bills for emergencies (these should be listed with URGENT in the title)

2.3 DEBATE: all debate should be kept friendly however all general statements should be made to the Speaker (Mr Speaker) or to the Specific minister/official or the member of the house. the debate has to be more than just the word Agree. you need to commend the member on the bill or recommend some changes or if you oppose the bill make your displeasure known, debate the issue and try to change policy.

that is all i can think of please feel free to reccomend changes

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.

Random quote: "Unlike the world of free-markets, in political government when some individuals win, other individuals lose." - Robert Klassen
